Pasta Making & Dinner with Chef Brian Ng

Boréale is teaming up with Chef Brian Ng for a fun afternoon of perfecting the art of making pasta on Sunday, May 16, 2021. After all the fun and learning, lean back and enjoy a stunning 4 course meal prepared for you by Chef Brian. 

Brian is the chef at Wayfarer Oyster Bar in Whitehorse, Yukon and was recently named one of Canada’s next top chefs by the Globe and Mail.

The price is $145 per person and includes a course on making your own pasta, followed by a 4 course meal prepared for you by Chef Brian.
